Ship discharge chain conveyors

Quintyn Gebroeders installed a new ship unloading facility for supplies of raw materials to a flour mill.  Various Redler conveyors were used for this purpose.

Behind this was also a complete cleaning plant, including storage bunkers, dosing screws, cleaning machines, weighers and elevators.

The cleaned grain is transported to silos using chain conveyors and elevators.  By-product streams are stored in silos, loaded onto trucks using loading systems or transported to other storage sites via bladder systems. 

Grain can also be unloaded from trucks into a hopper pit for storing and cleaning.

Below the large storage silos, weight dosing systems are used to deliver the grain to production in doses.
